Our Executive search team in Public Practice recruitment has placed some big players in the market with firms across Auckland.
As you know one of our Directors Riki Sila recently set up from scratch a start up Australian firm, he managed and hired his own team to run the CA space. His Billings alone kept that business afloat during the early phases and his vast experience alone was enough to kick start that firm. His brings a wealth of experience (over 10 years in Public Practice recruitment/brokering) to Accounting Practices as one of the Directors in the brokerage division . His role is in Brokering, however overlooks the executive search recruitment team run by Stephen Zou.
Stephen Zou:
Stephens’s industry experience stems from working in a European based multinational executive search firm that sourced the best talent available in Accounting and Finance for over 5 years. He has also most recently spent the last 3 years working in Executive search in NZ for Intelligent Solutions and now Accounting Practices. A very strong wealth of experience he is very passionate about the Accounting Industry, this year he will be graduating from Massey University with his Master’s Degree in Accounting.
At the moment Stephen is managing a team of 3 focusing specifically in high end Accounting CA Recruitment nationwide. (This division is separate from our Brokering division team)
