 Using the commonly used  valuation method of cents in dollar is not the best place to start as it can be often  misleading especially when we are dealing with larger practices . Approaching the valuation with a formal professional method can provide a surprisingly different  answer….and give  better ground in negotiation. If one wants to a cents in the dollar produced can be quoted that is backed by the work carried out.

Preparation ,planning and checking out means a lot before committing to move forward.
